The Resource Person was Fr. Anthon Paul SDB, an experienced person in Canon Law and well versed in effective communication.<\/p>\n<p>He demonstrated an advanced understanding of the development of Canon Law and how it regulates dioceses, parishes and religious institutions and the sacramental life of the churches, as well as its teaching functions.
