It was facilitated by Rev.Fr. Subhash, IMS. It had exercise of community building and community animation. At the end of the course PROFILE OF THE COMMUNITY or COMMUNITY STATEMENT FOR 2013-2014 was drawn as given below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ours is Eucharistic, Prayerful, Joyful and Caring Community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We listen, stand by, help, encourage, affirm and appreciate each other.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each member of the community contributes according to one\u2019s talents, skills and resources.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each member understands, forgives and shows compassion to one another.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We are honest and open in our dealings with each other.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each member communicates to the responsible person concerned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: .5in;\">7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Once a month we come together for sharing and giving feed back to one another according to the needs.
