Roger of Taise\u2019s message at the beginning of the retreat, which was held at NavSadhana from August 18 \u2013 22, 2014. He stressed also the interior and exterior silence to encounter God during this retreat period. He further stated that \u201cRulers see through spies, as cows through smell. Brahmins through Scriptures and the rest of the people through their normal eyes\u201d, quotingKautilya. Similarly he exhorted that the priests are to be recognized through the word of God. Throughout the retreat he insisted on depth of faith and depth in relationship with God and humans, which will lead to take up responsibility as a priest to work for the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n

The participants appreciated the pastoral and priestly dimension of the talks and sessions. The preacher has been simple and articulate, practical with sagacity.
