It was conducted from March 15 to 21, 2015 by Dr.Fr. S.M. Michael, SVD, Director, Ishvani Kendra, Pune and former professor of Anthropology in Mumbai University, Mumbai, India. The participants stated that the resource person combined in his talks Science, Religion, Culture, formation and Mission; the course was very systematic, creative, informative, inspiring, enriching, challenging and insightful. The method adopted was interactive and sharing. The topics were on culture, enculturation, ethnocentrism, relativism, integration of vision in our culture, formation and mission in today\u2019s context, Christian mission and spirituality. Sr.M. Jissa, SRA articulated that \u201cOne looks at the other from one\u2019s own cultural perspective; therefore there can be limitations. I look at the other with my own \u2018cultural glass\u2019. Moreover, every culture has its own good and evil, therefore the gospel should purify the culture, the gospel needs to be implanted in the culture. Another aspect, which was an eye opener, is the Ethnocentrism and Relativism in relation to religions\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sr.M.Jissa, SRA, said, \u201cNav Sadhana portrayed to us a centre of \u2018joyful witnesses\u2019.
