The Resource Persons were Dr.Ashok Kumar, Mr. Isaac Jeyakumar, Mr. N. Katara and Mrs. Dency, who spoke on the following topics: Leadership Principles, Growing in Holiness, Responsibility and Reliability as citizens of India and faithful disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. The practical session was led by Mrs. Dency.\u00a0 The participants were from Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Uttar Pradesh.\u00a0 The participants were very happy about vibes of Nav Sadhana: green, clean and serene campus, hospitality and cordiality, accessibility and availability.
