BIBLICAL WALK THROUGH THE MASS

The one-day course on A BIBLICAL WALK THROUGH THE MASS by Rev. Dr. Augustine K.J., who regularly teaches this topic in one of the colleges in USA, began in the Nav Sanchar Hall on Aug. 7, 2016 at 10.00 a.m. The seminarians, novices and junior sisters of nine congregations attended it. The Resource Person enlightened them on various aspects of Mass and its symbols and signs. He also dealt with the theological dimension of the Mass such as the Mass as sacrifice, the real presence of Jesus and Holy Communion. Sr. Shiny, SCC articulated that it was the excellent course to understand the meaning, significance and relevance of the Holy Eucharist; indeed they walked through the Bible; it would be good that it is offered to the Religious working in the diocese. The course was concluded at 4.30 p.m. of the same day.
