September 8th is a day of great joy as the Church celebrates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This year, it coincided with the Girl Child Day and the celebration of the Onam, the traditional celebration of the festival of Kerala. The students beautifully presented of the significance of the feast of Onam, a girl child day and the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary with the songs and dance drama. In the evening, Fr. Joseph D’Souza presided over the Eucharist in the Church, followed by the offering of the flowers to our beloved Mother at the Grotto.
