One of the most important meetings of the Priests of Varanasi Diocese and the Sisters was held at NavSadhana on July 13 & 14, 2022. This ‘Missionary Meeting’ as widely known, was convened by Most Rev. Eugene Joseph, Bishop of Varanasi, in which nearly 200 priests and sisters participated. After the veneration of the Word of God and a brief reflection by Fr. Richard Monteiro, Bishop Eugene introduced the resource person, Fr. Stephen Eustace Fernandes (Mumbai Archdiocese) to the gathering and explained the purpose of the meeting. Fr. Stephen Fernandes, basing his reflections on Amoris Laetitia spoke on catholic families and how a catholic family can live a good sacramental life in relationship to Christ and the Church.
