IN-SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR TEACHERS JUNE 28-29

A workshop on “TEACHING: FROM LEARNING TO LIFE”  was hosted by Nav Sadhana, facilitated by Mr. Jeevan D’Cunha, Educational Psychologist, Advisor and Mentor, organized by Msgr. Eugene, Education Secretary of the Diocese of Varanasi from June 28-29, 2013. The two day workshop well attended by the selected teachers from 14 schools from eight districts. They were all together 140 in number. The teachers stated that the workshop was innovative, enlightening and challenging to explore, explain, engage, experience and enlivening. It threw light on the need of using the potentials of students in the class to make learning easy and enthusiastic. There was an ecstatic ovation given to Mr.Jeevan and Msgr. Eugene at the end of the workshop for the new venture and new method to be applied in the class.
