A Seminar on Group dynamics for the candidates, postulants and pre-novices was organized at NavSadhana on January 21 and 22, 2022. Fr. Francis D’Souza, Director of NavSadhana welcomed the Resource person, Fr. Ronald Tellis who spent two days explaining to the participants the importance and values ofgroup dynamics. Various group dynamics made the participants aware of the need to forgo personal interests for the good of the community.
