The Holy Cross of Chavanod Sisters gathered at Nav Sadhana at the invitation of Sr.Lima Rose, SCC, Education Secretary of the Congregation of the Howrah Province to reflect on the Education Ministry and on LEADERSHIP FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW. It was attended by Sr.Cessy, SCC, Provincial Superior and Teachers in Holy Cross Schools. It was facilitated by Rev.Fr.M. Lawarence, SJ, who emphasized the density of leadership, participatory leadership, responsible leadership, sharing of responsibilities and caring for the students and inmates, employees and colleagues, parents and well wishers of the educational institution. At the end of the meeting the sisters drew an action plan for the educational institutions of the province.
The participants appreciated the cordiality and hospitality, friendship and fellowship, amity and comity of the director and staff of Nav Sadhana. They have returned with sweet memories of Nav Sadhana. Thanks be to God.
