Aim of the orientation course for the staff of Nav Sadhana was to make members a well-knit group, to form them to have common policy of life as the core team of Nav Sadhana as well as to work with one heart and mind, as the early Christians, to serve God and humanity. It was facilitated by Rev.Fr. Subhash, IMS. It had exercise of community building and community animation. At the end of the course PROFILE OF THE COMMUNITY or COMMUNITY STATEMENT FOR 2013-2014 was drawn as given below:
1. Ours is Eucharistic, Prayerful, Joyful and Caring Community.
2. We listen, stand by, help, encourage, affirm and appreciate each other.
3. Each member of the community contributes according to one’s talents, skills and resources.
4. Each member understands, forgives and shows compassion to one another.
5. We are honest and open in our dealings with each other.
6. Each member communicates to the responsible person concerned.
7. Once a month we come together for sharing and giving feed back to one another according to the needs. It is usually the last day of the month.
