The annual meeting of the organization Youth with a Mission (YWAM) conducted a refresher course for selected leaders to reflect on the theme NORTH INDIA MERCY MINISTRY FOR LEADERS AND UPCOMING LEADERS at NavSadhana Regional Pastoral Centre from January 6 to 9, 2014. It was organized by Mr. Narender Kumar and Mr. Ravi Sharma. The main speakers were Mrs. Esther Rai, Mrs. MargreetDiment, Mr. Narendra Kumar and Mr. Ravi Sharma. Mr. Narender Kumar spoke about the jail ministry and service to the jailors. Mr. Ravi Sharma explained the challenges faced in dealing with Government officials to be effective instruments to render service to the poor. Mrs. Esther Rai placed the challenges faced by women in the modern society and Mrs. MargreetDiment looked after the overall management such as worship, arrangement, facilitation, accommodation, transportation and execution of the time-table. The objectives of the meeting were to relax, to refresh, to reflect, to renew and reenergize to continue the ministry towards the last, least and lost of the society. At the end of the meeting they thanked profusely the Director and the staff of NavSadhana for their cordiality, hospitality and homely atmosphere provided for them.
