Conference of women with workshop and seminar was organized by the Presbyterian Church for their members in NavSadhana campus from October 12 to 15, 2014. The members gathered on Oct. 12, 2014 in the morning, the session began with welcome and prayer invoking God’s blessings on the participants by the Director of NavSadhana, Dr.Fr. V.Sebastian. The Resource Persons were Mrs. Catherin, Mrs. Sarah, Mrs. Gaye Carter, Mrs. Betty and Mrs. Gibson. Topics dealt were: Knowing the character of God and becoming like Him, Love of God and Humans, Peace on Earth, Patience or Long Suffering, Loving Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness and Gentleness of God. The method used was class room lecture and practical such as drawing, making bracelets, sharing and discussion, etc. The purpose of the training was to strengthen their faith and to empower them to be good citizens of India and disciples of the Lord Jesus. The seminar got over on Oct. 15, 2014. All returned home with renewed vigour and vitality.
The participants appreciated the clean, green and serene campus, hospitality and cordiality of the Director and staff of NavSadhana. They expressed that they experienced friendship and fellowship of all and enjoyed their stay. Thanks be to God.
