LEGAL AIDS, HUMAN RIGHTS AND STREET PLAY TO EMPOWER THE MARGINALIZED

The Preamble of the Indian Constitution is very Christian; it contains social, ethical and human values for the growth and development of Indian citizens, stated Sr.Sheeba, UMI, who was the Resource person along with Sr.Xavier, RNDM, for the course mentioned above conducted at Nav Sadhana. The participants expressed that the course was systematic, graspable, helpful, practical, insightful and enlightening as well as challenging. The topics covered were Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Indian Constitution, family crimes, crime against women and children. The participants were religious, laity men and women, from Buxar in Bihar, Varanasi and Ballia in Uttar Pradesh.
