A few think-tank members of Centre for peace and harmony gathered to reflect on the existing situation in 8 states of North India to take stock of peace and harmony in the states. The participants realized that there are conflicts in the region. Hence, they have resolved to work to promote peace clubs in the schools and villages to assist and to promote inter-religious dialogue, peace and harmony. The meeting was organized by Dr. Arif and addressed by Dr. Ranjit Tigga. It began on June 19, 2015 at 9.30 a.m. and concluded on June 20, 2015 in the evening. They were appreciative of hospitality, cordiality, accommodation and availability of the Director and staff, though they were only two to manage.
