ORIENTATION COURSE FOR THE STAFF OF NAV SADHANA

The orientation course for the staff of Nav Sadhana was held on July 2, 2015. It was conducted by Rev. Fr. Snehanand, IMS. All the staff members: Rev. Dr. V.Sebastian, Fr.Sylvester, Fr.C.R.Justy, Sr. Joan, CJ, Sr.Manjula, FSAG, Sr. Sangeetha, FSAG and Sr.Rashmi, FSM, were present. The session started with audio visual prayer song followed by welcome by the Director, Rev.Dr.V.Sebastian, who also introduced the resource person.
Fr. Snehanand, IMS, an experienced counselor and therapist, led us into sharing of our objectives that we have for Nav Sadhana along with self introduction and experiences of the past as person, as priest and nuns. The open sharing was well accepted by the participants. The exercise led us also to recognize a few good qualities of each other. All exercises helped us to create a sense of belonging to each other and institution and a sense of team spirit. At the end of the day the staff had taken a few decisions as follows:
- On every Wednesday we have the prayer service from 7.00 to 7.30 p.m. It will be conducted by every member turn by turn.
- On the last day of the month we have the staff meeting to plan and to evaluate each other’s performance and activities.
- One celebration for each staff member according to his/her choice.
