St.Ann’s Providence Sisters belonging to Delhi Province gathered on October 24, 2015 to reflect on the education ministry by their members. It was a two day seminar guided by Rev.Fr. Lancy Rego, Lucknow Priest-Principal, Sandila. The following topics were dealt with in details:

- Student-Teacher relationship
- Principal-Teacher relationship
- Educational Policy of the Congregation
- Contextual Presentation of Educational Apostolate
- Minority Rights of the Education in India
The other Resource persons were Sr.Anita Lobo, Sr. Leelamma Palakuzhy and Sr.Jemma Lakra.
The participants expressed their gratitude for the amiable and amicable, approachable and available nature of the Director and staff of Nav Sadhana. They have returned to their home town with the happy memories of Nav Sadhana.
