Realizing the importance of preparing younger generation to lead the society and organization, A LEADERSHIP TRAINING CAMP was organized by GEM-STORM at Nav Sadhana Regional Pastoral Centre, Varanasi from Jan. 9 to 13, 2016. The Resource Persons were Dr.Ashok Kumar, Mr. Isaac Jeyakumar, Mr. N. Katara and Mrs. Dency, who spoke on the following topics: Leadership Principles, Growing in Holiness, Responsibility and Reliability as citizens of India and faithful disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. The practical session was led by Mrs. Dency. The participants were from Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Uttar Pradesh. The participants were very happy about vibes of Nav Sadhana: green, clean and serene campus, hospitality and cordiality, accessibility and availability. They returned with pleasant memories of Nav Sadhana.
